From Fear to Freedom

Three years ago, a courageous Afghan mother and her five children, including a baby born shortly after the loss of their father, were forced into hiding. The father had stood alongside U.S. forces, a sacrifice that ultimately cost him his life. He was killed by the Taliban. 

During those years, the family faced uncertainty and hardship every day. Our team at Tran Flores Law was committed to helping them find a way to safety. After countless hours of pro bono work, navigating complex immigration processes, and coordinating with those who supported their cause, we are overjoyed to share that the family arrived safely and were lawfully admitted into the United States on Christmas Day 2024.

It is moments like these that remind us why we do what we do — to help families find safety, security, and a chance for a better future.
